a mostly positive stay
convenient location free parking comfortable bed small bathroom dated decor dirty floor
the location was very convenient for my needs. free parking was a nice perk. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. (i appreciated the silent rooms too.)
The bathroom felt small. the decor seemed very dated and in need of refurbishment. The carpet also smelled funky.

clean sheets comfy beds on-site food
The staff was very friendly and found us the couple things we forgot! beds were comfy, sheets and towels were clean and fresh. kids loved the pool area. this hotel had everything we needed. Food on-site, convenience!!!

The location was close to universal studios. the free shuttle was useful. It saved on transportation costs. my room included two double beds, and they were really comfortable.

thin walls basic breakfast
i was really expecting more from this stay , but some things fell short. the walls seemed thin , i could hear everything happening in the hallway , even late at night. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult. also , the complimentary breakfast was a letdown , it was very basic and the options were limited , the food quality wasn't great either.

effortless outings reliable shuttle relaxing pool
the proximity to universal studios made our outings effortless and fun. the free shuttle service was convenient and reliable. i also found the on-site facilities like the pool very relaxing, a perfect way to unwind after a day of adventures.
the corridor lighting could use some improvement, it felt a bit too dim at night.

excellent value souvenir shops convenient location medical needs
The hotel offered excellent value. Its location is very convenient to souvenir shops. Dairy Queen was next door and a Waffle House was across the street. Walgreens is located just two blocks away for any medical needs.
I noticed the equipment in the room seemed basic.
